Welcome to the Motivational Mindfulness programme.
It is a 8 week programme designed to enhance your motivation levels.
It has been adapted from the mindfulness course which was developed at the University of Oxford and has been reworked to include motivational elements designed to boost motivation in everyday life.
Once you register and join to take part in the programme, you can access the open discussion group and interact and share your journey and experiences with other motivational mindfulness users in the course group
